  • Job description:

    1. Bachelor degree in housing construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, more than 8 years experience in mechanical and electrical installation and construction is preferred;
    2, with solid professional knowledge, familiar with HVAC/electrical design specifications and construction specifications and equipment performance; Experience and skills in reviewing construction drawings;
    3, familiar with project HVAC/electrical installation project management, able to independently carry out large-scale project construction management, have rich experience in site cooperation and solving problems;
    4, master HVAC/electrical installation professional pricing principle and characteristics, can coordinate management site;
    5, have strong communication, coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit;
    6, skilled use of common office software, AUTOCAD, etc.
    7. Experience in cleanroom engineering installation is a must;
